SETH WENT TO GRASSE, FRANCE.
THIS IS HIS STORY.
Most people pick a scent off a shelf. Seth travelled to Grasse, the town that invented perfume, and came back with a signature scent. Now it lives in his house. And soon yours.

FOUR NOTES, ONE EXPERIENCE
You don’t smell four notes, you smell a room you want to be in.
Pine grounds it, peony lifts it, santal warms it, pink pepper sharpens it. The work is in the balance.
TESTED IN REAL HOMES
We sent the Reed Diffuser to a group of early testers and asked them to live with it. Here is what came back.
Gohar
“The whole room changed.”
Walked in an hour later and it still smelled incredible. The Pine note is unreal.
Leo
“It’s basically a sculpture.”
Looks as good as it smells. It’s the first thing people ask about.
Chelle
“Santal is my new favourite.”
Warm, a little luxe, never overpowering. I want it in every room.
Rory
“No flame, no fuss.”
Set it and forget it. It just quietly makes my flat smell expensive.
I Have Questions
What is Houseplant x Droplet?
What is Houseplant x Droplet?
Houseplant is Seth Rogen’s home goods brand. Droplet makes scent objects. This is our second collaboration and our first reed diffuser: a signature home scent Seth formulated himself in Grasse, bottled into a piece designed to sit out on display.
When will my order ship?
When will my order ship?
Pre-orders ship on 9th September. Order now and you’re in the first batch, ahead of the public launch. We’ll email you a tracking link the moment it leaves us.
How long does it last?
How long does it last?
Around three months from one 150ml bottle. No topping up, no switching it on, no watching it fade after a fortnight.
What does it actually smell like?
What does it actually smell like?
Woody, floral and spiced. Pine grounds it, peony lifts it, santal warms it, pink pepper sharpens it. Fresh and warm rather than sweet. Seth formulated it in Grasse to be the scent of his own home, so it’s built to live with rather than to announce itself.
How much room will it fill?
How much room will it fill?
Comfortably scents a living room, hallway or bedroom. It works passively, so the scent builds through the day rather than hitting you at the door.
Do I need to light it?
Do I need to light it?
No. No flame, no plug, no timer. Put it where you want it and the reed does the rest.
What’s in the box?
What’s in the box?
The hand-finished glass vessel, 150ml of the House Scent, and one large reed. Designed for the shelf, not the cupboard.
Can I refill it?
Can I refill it?
Yes. Refills will be available well before you run out, so the vessel stays and only the scent gets replaced.
